These terms apply to your use of the Window Way USA website and to services provided by Window Way Hawaii LLC, doing business as Window Way USA ("Window Way," "we," "us"), a window and door supply company based in Honolulu, Hawaii.
Our services
Window Way USA is a supply company. We sell and supply windows, doors, and related products to homeowners, contractors, realtors, and property managers. We are not a licensed installation contractor and we do not perform installation. Where installation or service work is needed, we may refer you to, or coordinate with, independent subcontractors, who are responsible for their own work.
Quotes, orders, and payment
Quotes and estimates are based on the information and measurements available at the time they are prepared and are confirmed at order time. Product pricing, availability, and lead times can change. Payment terms, including any deposit and balance schedule, are stated on your estimate or invoice. Products are ordered once the agreed deposit is received.
Text messaging (SMS) terms
If you opt in to text messages from Window Way USA:
- Program: Window Way USA project and customer care texting. Messages relate to your inquiry or project, including replies to your questions, appointment confirmations and reminders, delivery updates, and quote follow ups.
- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply.

- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
- Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
